Justin Jaworski

Co-Founder

Justin Jaworski is a 20-year marketing veteran and an expert in real estate development and management. As co-founder and President of Accelion, his focus is on driving organizational efficiency while overseeing Accelion’s legal, finance, human resource, and asset holdings.

Justin got his start in marketing in 2002, and entered the telecom industry in 2006. He founded Accelion in 2008 along with his partner MJ Frumin, originally filling a role in marketing through community events. Justin dedicates his free time to support community and faith-based organizations. He is passionate about creating opportunities for underprivileged youth to learn valuable skills and grow as people. Justin is also an avid outdoorsman, spending several weeks each year hiking and climbing in the mountains of Colorado, Nevada, and West Virginia.

MJ Frumin

Co-Founder

A lifelong entrepreneur in sales and marketing focusing on telecommunications and real estate industries, MJ Frumin is an expert in business-to-consumer sales and remote team management. As co-founder and Vice President of Accelion, his role is to develop, implement, and optimize client solutions while creating a welcoming environment where our teams are inspired and supported to produce extraordinary results for our clients, every day.

MJ began his telecom work in 2007, launching marketing teams in MDU, retail, and in the field. In addition to his work, MJ leads Accelion’s philanthropic efforts in the communities where the company’s employees live, work, and play. His special focus is on underserved families and environmental protection. A devoted husband and father of 3 young children, MJ studied economics, finance, and investments at Babson College.
